For adults who want an expert check, focused drills, and clear gains. One-to-one work is open to Prague residents, staff from abroad, and guests who book an intensive training block.
View Adult CoachingTraining hard but not winning? Start with a Performance Review.
A strong academy gives court time, peers, good courts, and a set plan. A player can still stall if the main issue is not clear. Gains may also stay in drills and fail in matches. A new coach each day can make this worse.
The Independent Junior Performance Review is a low-risk first step. Send one full match. Leonard sends back the main issues and a written 30-90 day plan. Use it with your current coach or as the base for a short block in Prague.
It can work with your current coach or academy. You get a clear next step with no need for a fast move.
A private alternative to the large-academy model
Large academies are built for long stays, many courts, large peer groups, and more court time. Stakhovsky Tennis gives direct access to the lead coach. The work targets one clear match issue. No model is best for all players. Choose the one that solves the player's current block.

Diagnose
Find the stroke, match-plan, or choice issue that costs the most points.
Prioritize
Pick the few fixes that can help most. Do not change all parts of the game at once.
Train
Build the fix with set drills, live balls, and point play.
Transfer
Test the gain under score stress. It must show in matches, not just in drills.
Coached by the principal, not passed to a junior coach
Leonard Stakhovsky works with each player himself. He finds the main issue, sets the goals, and leads the plan. He keeps the group small. Each player gets focused prep, clear notes, and the same coach each time.
