Stakhovsky Tennis has few open places. Leonard Stakhovsky runs each test and each booked court session. This form checks your goal, level, dates, and chosen plan. It helps us see if the plan is a good fit.
Leonard checks each form within 48 hours. If the plan fits, he invites you to a 90-minute court test in Prague. You get a film of the test and a written skill report.
We credit the full fee toward your first program month if you join.

If the plan fits, we invite you to a 90-minute court test in Prague. It costs 3,400 CZK (≈ €139). We credit the full fee if you join.
We film the court test and send a written skill report. You do not need to join a long-term plan.
