Who this is for
Competitive juniors aged 11-17 with UTR 8-14 or an active ITF/Tennis Europe ranking.

Families who want quarterly written accountability - UTR delta and ITF movement - linked to public profiles.
Players based in Prague or willing to relocate for a training period.
The method
Assessment before anything
A 90-minute on-court assessment establishes the technical, tactical, physical, and mental baseline before any program begins. The development plan is built from findings - not from a generic template.
Individual periodisation, 10-player cap
Every player on the roster has a named technical and tactical priority for the current period. Sessions are not generic group drills. The cap at ten players exists so Leonard can be present and purposeful in every session.
Weekly structure: five to six days
A standard week is three to four on-court sessions, one fitness integration session, and one tactical/video review session. The exact structure is calibrated after assessment.
Tournament calendar integration
The training plan is built around the player's competition schedule - not alongside it. Tournament blocks, recovery, and peak-performance windows are planned from the start of each period.
Quarterly written reviews
Every quarter: UTR delta, ITF ranking movement, specific technical and tactical developments, and the plan for the next period. Where consent is given, results are published on this site and linked to the public player profile.

FAQ
How many sessions per week is the full-time program?
Five to six training days per week as standard - three to four on-court, one fitness integration session, one tactical/video review session. The exact structure is set after the initial assessment.
Will Leonard coach every session personally?
Yes. The roster is capped at 10 players specifically so Leonard can be on court for every session. There are no junior staff or rotational coaches in this program.
How often are rankings reviewed?
Quarterly written reports cover UTR delta, ITF ranking movement, identified technical and tactical priorities, and the plan for the next period. Mid-period check-ins are available on request.
Is fitness included?
Yes. Physical conditioning is structured into the weekly plan - not added as an afterthought. The focus is movement mechanics, agility, and tennis-specific strength relevant to the player's age and competitive schedule.
What is the minimum commitment?
The full-time program is designed as a continuous engagement, not a training block. Minimum initial commitment and pricing are discussed individually after the application and assessment.
