Who this is for

Families already investing seriously in ITF or college-pathway tennis - travel, academy fees, tournament calendars - who want expert-level oversight of the entire development plan, not just individual sessions.

Players with an active ITF or national ranking whose progress has stalled and whose current coaching setup has not identified a clear cause.

Juniors aged 14-18 on a college pathway who need an independent assessment of their technical readiness relative to NCAA target tiers, applied continuously.

Parents who have received optimistic projections from academies and want a second opinion from someone with no financial interest in the outcome - applied month to month.

The method

01

3-4 video reviews per month

Match and training footage reviewed monthly. Each review produces written priorities ranked by impact - specific, actionable, and ready to be handed to a local coach or used directly by the player.

02

2 strategy calls per month

Structured working sessions: development priorities, tournament preparation, training block focus, and direct answers. Scheduled at the start of each month and adjusted as the competition calendar evolves.

03

Tournament calendar architecture

The competition calendar is reviewed and structured each month - the right events, the right geography, the right match volume for ITF ranking movement. Most stalled players are not playing enough of the right matches in the right windows.

04

Monthly development report

A written document delivered at the end of each month: what changed, what did not, what the priorities are for the next block, and an honest assessment of trajectory against the stated goal.

05

Parent and player communication

Both player and parents receive the written priorities and reports. Questions from parents are addressed directly. The advisory is structured so families have a clear picture of what is happening and why.

06

Optional coordination with local coach

If the player has a local coach, priorities can be shared directly with that coach. The advisory provides the diagnostic depth and direction; the local coach delivers court time. Many families use this structure specifically.

What is included each month

The advisory that most academies cannot provide

3-4 video reviews per month: Match and training footage reviewed with written priorities after each - specific, ranked by impact, and actionable for the next training block.

2 strategy calls per month: Scheduled working sessions covering tournament preparation, training focus, and direct answers. Not motivational calls - planning sessions.

Tournament calendar review: Competition calendar structured monthly. The right events, the right geography, the right match volume for ITF ranking movement identified and adjusted as the calendar evolves.

Mental and match-behaviour routines: Observable patterns in how the player competes under pressure - identified from footage and addressed directly. Competitive psychology is visible on tape.

Monthly development report: Written at the end of each month. What changed, what did not, the priority order for the next block, and an honest trajectory assessment against the stated goal.

No stake in the outcome: Leonard is not affiliated with any academy, scholarship service, or placement program. The advisory has no financial incentive attached to any particular conclusion about whether the current plan is working.

FAQ

What is the difference between this and Online Performance Coaching?

Online Performance Coaching receives a custom written quote based on scheduled review hours and format. It is ongoing coaching with video reviews, strategy calls, and training direction for players who want continuous expert support. The ITF / College Pathway Advisory is a premium monthly retainer specifically for families on an ITF ranking or NCAA pathway - it includes more reviews, more calls, parent communication, tournament calendar architecture, and a monthly development report.

Is travel to Prague required?

No. Everything is delivered remotely. Families who subsequently want an in-person assessment block in Prague can apply separately.

Will you tell us honestly whether the college route is realistic?

Yes - that is the point. This advisory has no financial stake in any particular conclusion. If the player is on track, the report says so. If the current setup cannot reach the stated goal, it will say that clearly and explain why.

We already have a college consultant. Is this redundant?

College consultants handle the recruitment process - transcripts, athlete profiles, coach outreach. This advisory addresses tennis-performance readiness: UTR and ITF trajectory, technical and tactical profile against the target tier, and competition calendar gaps. These are different questions.

What does the monthly fee include?

3-4 video reviews per month, 2 strategy calls per month, tournament calendar review, written training priorities ranked by impact, mental and match-behaviour routines, parent and player communication, a monthly development report, and optional coordination with a local coach.
