Who this is for

Competitive juniors or adults who have plateaued and suspect the problem is technical or tactical - but have not been able to identify it precisely.

Players who cannot travel to Prague but want an honest expert opinion before committing to a monthly program or an in-person assessment.

Parents who want a second opinion on their child's development before re-enrolling at an academy.

Players preparing for a specific tournament cycle who want to know what is most likely to cost them match points.

The method

01

You submit match footage

One full match or 30-45 minutes of footage against a peer-level opponent. Any camera angle from the fence is sufficient. No production quality required.

02

Leonard reviews and diagnoses

The review identifies the specific patterns - technical, tactical, and psychological - that appear repeatedly under match pressure. The question being answered is not "what could be better" but "what is actually costing you points right now."

03

You receive a written report

A structured written diagnosis: key strengths, primary performance limitations, development priorities ranked by impact, and what the correct intervention is. Written to be understood, not to impress. Delivered within 5 business days.

04

30-minute call included

A structured call to walk through the findings, answer questions, and confirm the priority order. Scheduled upon report delivery. This is a working session, not a sales conversation.

What the report contains

A diagnosis, not a list of suggestions

Pattern identification: The specific technical breakdowns that recur under pressure - not all the things you do wrong, but the ones that are actually deciding match outcomes at your level.

Tactical analysis: Point construction patterns, decision-making at critical score junctures, and positional tendencies that opponents at your level will exploit.

Psychological observations: How you respond to adversity, to being down a break, to serving at 5-5. Competitive psychology is visible on tape. Most players have never had it described to them clearly.

Prioritised intervention: The two or three specific changes that would produce the highest return at your current level. Not a full curriculum. A clear priority order.

30-minute call: A structured call to walk through findings and confirm the priority order. Included in the fee. Scheduled upon report delivery.

Credit toward next step: The fee is credited in full toward monthly Online Performance Coaching or a Prague in-person assessment if you proceed.

FAQ

Do I need to travel to Prague?

No. The entire diagnosis is delivered remotely. You submit match footage; Leonard reviews it and returns a written report and a 30-minute call. No court time, no travel.

What footage do I need?

One full match or 30-45 minutes of match footage against a peer-level opponent. Phone footage from the fence is sufficient. The review is performance-based, not production-quality-based.

How long does delivery take?

The written report is delivered within 5 business days of footage submission. The 30-minute call is scheduled upon report delivery.

Is this the same as a general video lesson?

No. This is a structured written diagnosis of why you are losing the points you are losing - specific technical, tactical, and psychological patterns identified from competitive match play. Not a swing tip. Not a generic lesson. A diagnosis.

Who is this not for?

Players looking for reassurance or general feedback. The report will identify what is actually holding your game back - which is sometimes uncomfortable to read. If you want an honest analysis, this is the right product.

Can this lead to an ongoing program?

Yes. The fee is credited in full toward monthly Online Performance Coaching or a Prague in-person assessment if you proceed.

2 spots. Applications reviewed personally.
