Who this is for

Serious junior players and their parents who cannot be in Prague full-time but want expert-level diagnosis, direction, and accountability every month.

Players on an ITF ranking path or college pathway whose local coaching setup lacks the tactical depth to identify the right development priorities.

Families who want Leonard's thinking, diagnosis, and structured priorities applied continuously - not just as a one-off.

Players who have completed a Remote Match Diagnosis and want to continue with structured monthly coaching support.

The method

01

You submit match or training footage

Two videos per month - competitive matches against peer-level opponents. Any camera angle from the fence is sufficient. The review is performance-based, not production-quality-based.

02

Leonard reviews and diagnoses

Each review produces a written priority sheet: the specific patterns observed, what they cost at your current level, and the ranked interventions for the next training block. Not a checklist - a diagnosis with a clear action order.

03

45-minute monthly strategy call

A structured working session: review of the written priorities, tournament preparation for the next cycle, adjustment of training focus based on match results, and direct answers to the questions that matter most. This is not a motivational chat - it is a planning session.

04

Written priorities after each review

A document the player can hand directly to a local coach or use independently to focus training. Priorities ranked by impact. Tactical cues for the next match block. No generic advice.

05

WhatsApp support between sessions

Quick questions between reviews and calls. A tournament result, a scheduling change, a tactical question before an important match. Responses within 24 hours on training days.

What is included each month

Video → Diagnosis → Priorities → Call → Training focus → Next review

2 match / training video reviews: Each review produces a written diagnosis of the patterns observed in that match - specific, ranked, and actionable.

1 monthly 45-minute strategy call: Tournament preparation, training priorities, and direct answers. Scheduled at the start of each month.

Written priorities after each review: A document ready to be handed to a local coach or used independently to focus the next training block.

Tournament and training block focus: Priorities are adjusted based on the competition calendar - what matters most before the next event is identified clearly.

WhatsApp support: Quick questions between sessions. Not a real-time coaching channel - a direct line for the questions that cannot wait until the next call.

Adjustment based on results: If a result changes the picture, the priorities shift. The coaching adapts to what is actually happening, not to a fixed plan from the start of the month.

FAQ

What is the difference between this and the Remote Match Diagnosis?

The Diagnosis is a one-time entry product - it names what is limiting your game right now. Online Performance Coaching is a monthly advisory: ongoing video review, strategy calls, and training direction. Most clients start with the Diagnosis and continue into monthly coaching.

Do I need to be in Prague?

No. Everything is delivered remotely - video reviews are asynchronous, strategy calls are via video, and WhatsApp support is available for quick questions between sessions.

What footage do I need to submit?

Match footage or training footage - any standard, any camera angle from the fence. Two match reviews per month means two match videos submitted monthly. You do not need to record every session, just the matches you want analysed.

How does the WhatsApp support work?

Quick questions between reviews and calls - a change in tournament schedule, a specific tactical question before a match, a follow-up after a result. It is not a real-time coaching channel; expect a response within 24 hours on training days.

Can a local coach work alongside this?

Yes. The written priorities after each review are ready to be handed directly to a local coach. Many families use this program to give direction to a local coaching setup that lacks the diagnostic depth to identify the right priorities independently.

Is this for junior players or adults?

Primarily serious junior players and their parents - particularly those on an ITF or college pathway. Adults with a competitive or club-level ambition who want structured remote support are also well suited.

How do I start?
