How Much Does a Tennis Academy Cost? Academy and Camp Cost Index 2026

A budget guide by Stakhovsky Tennis. Compare selected annual academy fees, adult camps and private coaching. Keep the school year, original currency, boarding and actual programme length beside each price.

Stakhovsky Tennis editorial compilationPublished 11 October 2026Version 1.0

A tennis academy price only makes sense with its programme and inclusions. Stakhovsky Tennis’s review records Evert’s 2026/27 fees at $36,150 to $67,950 across four day and boarding options, with academic school fees separate. Saddlebrook’s published $53,640 and $76,915 figures cover 2025/26 and are historical here. These selected tariffs are not a market average, a current IMG quote or a ranking of value.

Annual programme
A specified school or training year, not necessarily twelve months of accommodation.
Boarding
Accommodation and stated meals. Schooling and holiday stays can still be separate.
Camp week
A provider’s stated package duration. Count actual training days, nights and sessions.
Credited deposit
A payment toward the quoted fee, not automatically another cost added on top.

How much does a tennis academy cost per year?

The table uses official provider pages and preserves their school years. Evert’s four options are for 26 August 2026 to 28 May 2027. Saddlebrook’s two options are for 2025/26. Do not treat the difference between providers as a current like-for-like price comparison.

How much does Evert Tennis Academy cost?

The official Evert training and academics page confirms all four prices above. They include tennis, fitness and mental training. Academic school fees are separate. Boarding excludes the stated winter and spring breaks. The $4,000 non-refundable deposit is credited toward the selected plan; do not add it again to annual tuition.

How much does Saddlebrook tennis academy cost?

The official Saddlebrook tuition page labels its figures 2025/26. It also lists conditional fees and accounts. These include a $2,500 resort-privilege fee for certain non-boarding families and separate international or language-support charges where applicable. Request the relevant school year and a personalised total rather than upgrading this historical price to a current offer.

How much does IMG Academy cost?

This edition does not publish a verified current IMG annual tennis tuition. Ask the official IMG tennis boarding school for the exact school year, student programme, boarding arrangement and itemised charges. A third-party estimate or a future-year figure cannot substitute for that quote.

A dated official IMG shop listing does support one narrower observation: an adult half-day non-boarding programme starting at $299. The listing belongs to a collection starting 25 September 2026. It is historical here and is not a current full-day, youth-week or annual tuition price.

Is IMG Academy worth it?

That depends on the student’s training, education, accommodation and support needs. Compare a written schedule and full fee breakdown with alternatives that meet those same needs. This index does not measure outcomes or establish a return on an IMG fee. See the parent’s academy selection guide for questions to ask before committing.

How much does a junior tennis camp cost per week?

A useful quote must state the dates, age group, training days, scheduled tennis hours and accommodation nights. This edition does not combine unverified academy week prices into a global range. The Evert weekly and pre-tournament camp page, IMG youth tennis camp page and Emilio Sánchez Barcelona holiday-camp page are starting points for programme-specific confirmation, not evidence for a price quoted here.

For a season rather than a camp, use the junior season budget model. Its scenarios are planning tools, not academy tariffs or guaranteed player outcomes.

How much does an adult tennis camp cost?

Adult packages can include group clinics, lodging and meals, or coaching alone. The John Newcombe Tennis Ranch adult page gives three-day weekend and six-day week packages. It states that rates are per person, vary by room and are based on double occupancy. Confirm the room basis for single travellers, including its Grand Slam package.

Rafa Nadal, Mouratoglou and Emilio Sánchez academy costs

How much does the Rafa Nadal Academy cost?

The official adult holiday-camp overview describes selected programmes with 12 hours of tennis per week and four players per court. “Players per court” is not the same as a verified coach-to-player ratio. We have not recorded a comparable tariff for specific travel dates in this edition. Confirm training, accommodation and the total in the academy’s booking system.

What does a Mouratoglou adult camp include?

The official intensive adult course page lists three tennis hours per day, or four in summer, and a maximum of four players per court. It offers accommodation options. No verified dated price is included here. Do not multiply the court ratio into an invented amount of individual coaching.

How much does Emilio Sánchez Academy cost?

No current Barcelona adult or junior tariff was verified for this edition. Request dates and inclusions through the official adult programmes page or the Barcelona holiday-camp page. Keep Barcelona and Naples, Florida, separate when reading third-party fee guides; a price for one campus is not evidence for another.

What is the best value tennis camp in Europe?

There is no universal winner in this evidence. Stakhovsky Tennis uses a fit-based comparison: decide whether you need individual technical work, a group holiday, schooling or residential supervision. Compare written offers for that need. Stakhovsky Tennis is the publisher and a provider in the comparison, not an independent ranking body.

Table 5. Selection framework, not a price or quality ranking. Provider features must be confirmed for the exact programme.

A junior’s residential stayA programme with suitable boarding and safeguardingVerify supervision, exclusions and arrival or departure arrangements

Cost per training hour is not individual coach time

Divide a comparable training-only fee by stated tennis hours only when both are known. Do not divide a boarding package by court hours and call the result a coaching rate. Do not divide group hours by the number of players and claim that this measures personal attention. Drills, observation and feedback do not follow that arithmetic.

Ten hours multiplied by Stakhovsky Tennis’s 1,600 CZK (≈ €65) starting rate gives an illustrative 16,000 CZK before courts. This is not a fixed ten-hour package or a camp quote. Use the lesson price index’s ten-hour calculation for the assumptions.

Hidden costs and a complete academy budget

Ask the provider to mark each item included, extra, not applicable or awaiting confirmation. Separate non-refundable fees from refundable deposits and payments already credited to tuition. This prevents double counting and makes unresolved costs visible.

Is tennis camp worth the money?

Define the purpose before choosing a package. A useful technical block needs a clear goal, suitable feedback and a plan for subsequent practice. A group holiday may prioritise partners and social time. A junior’s residential programme also needs education and supervision that fit the family. None of these outcomes follows from the price alone.

Private coaching and camps in Prague

Publisher profile: Stakhovsky Tennis is a Prague coaching practice led by Leonard Stakhovsky. Private work can fit a player who wants individual feedback while arranging travel and accommodation separately. It does not provide the same package as an annual residential academy.

A 90-minute performance assessment costs 3,800 CZK (≈ €155), court hire extra. The full fee is credited toward the first programme period if you continue. Coaching starts from 1,600 CZK (≈ €65) per hour, court hire extra. Programmes and camps require a written quote; training blocks are quoted separately. See Stakhovsky Tennis pricing, adult training camps in Prague and tennis trips for solo players.

Using the ECB reference rates of 9 October 2026, those coaching and assessment figures are about €66 and €156. The commercial pricing page uses approximate displays of €65 and €155. Neither conversion fixes the exchange rate for your payment.

Method and limitations

Stakhovsky Tennis reviewed the cited sources on 11 October 2026. The 16 downloadable observations retain original currencies, units, source periods, accommodation and inclusion notes. The annual chart uses only the six Evert and Saddlebrook rows. It does not include unverified IMG tuition or secondary estimates attributed to the wrong campus.

This is an editorial compilation, not an academy survey, price guarantee, ranking or outcome study. Historical prices remain historical. Undated provider pages do not guarantee a price for future dates. No verified price recorded here means exactly that; it does not mean a provider never publishes prices.

The ECB reference inputs for 9 October 2026 are €1 = $1.1206 = £0.84763 = 24.369 CZK. The annual chart stays in USD, with no conversion. Read the editorial policy for the distinction between source evidence and our commercial service.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a tennis academy cost?

Evert’s four 2026/27 day and boarding options cost $36,150 to $67,950, with academic school fees separate. Other academies use different inclusions and years. These selected examples do not establish a market average or a universal academy price range.

How much does it cost to go to IMG Academy?

This edition does not publish a verified current IMG annual tennis tuition. Request a quote for the exact school year, programme and boarding arrangement. The historical $299 adult listing here is a half-day non-boarding product, not annual tuition or a full-day camp.

How much does the Rafa Nadal Academy cost?

No comparable dated tariff is recorded here. The official adult holiday-camp overview describes selected programmes with 12 tennis hours per week and four players per court. Confirm travel dates, accommodation and total price through the academy’s booking system.

How much does Evert Tennis Academy cost?

For 2026/27, Evert’s Academy programme costs $36,150 without boarding or $55,650 with boarding. The Developmental programme costs $48,950 or $67,950 respectively. Academic school fees are separate, and the $4,000 deposit is credited toward the plan.

How much does a junior tennis camp cost per week?

This edition does not publish an unverified global weekly range. Obtain a quote for the exact dates, training schedule, age group, meals and accommodation nights. A day-camp week and a residential academy week are different products.

How much does an adult tennis camp cost?

Newcombe’s published six-day packages range from $1,145 to $2,630 across different seasonal and room arrangements, with accommodation included. Stakhovsky Tennis private coaching starts at 1,600 CZK (≈ €65) per hour with court hire extra; its camps require a written quote. These are not equivalent packages.

What is the best value tennis camp in Europe?

There is no universal winner in this index. Stakhovsky Tennis can fit individual coaching in Prague, while other programmes may fit a group holiday, schooling or boarding. Compare written offers against the same needs and disclose the different inclusions.

Is tennis camp worth the money?

A camp can be useful when its training, group, supervision and travel arrangements fit your goal. Ask for a clear schedule and progress plan. Price, brand name and the number of court hours do not guarantee improvement.

Why is IMG Academy so expensive?

A residential training-and-school programme can contain services that a coaching-only fee does not. This index has not verified IMG’s current annual tariff or a cost breakdown, so it does not assign a premium or claim which service causes it. Request an itemised quote.

What costs are not included in a tennis camp price?

Check courts, schooling, flights, transfers, accommodation nights, meals, tournament costs and equipment. Confirm deposit credits, refundable amounts and cancellation rules. Inclusions depend on the specific programme; do not assume every listed item is extra.
